Modern Manufacturing Processes

"Our Plant is our Treasure" is our basic philosophy. Rocknel uses customized equipment and modern manufacturing processes to assure efficient production of quality parts for our customers.

Machines.jpg (63188 bytes)Some of our production processes are organized into work cells. In a work cell, activity is coordinated to reduce work-in-process. For example, a portion of our M6 and M8 heading and threading machines are combined into a single unit (cell) for greater efficiency and quality.

Our continuous line, mesh belt heat treat system, provides exacting control of the heat treat process that strengthens our fasteners. Our goal is to provide top quality products meeting our customers' needs.
